Not Responsible for Accidents.  Absolutely No Horseplay.  Follow all safety and firearm guidelines known to mankind.  Of course, you must provide and wear safety glasses, hearing protection, as well as point gun muzzles in a safe direction at all times, keep your finger off the trigger unless shooting, be sure the chamber and magazine are empty when you put a gun on a table or in a gun bag, etc.

ATTENDANCE

*For those that just want to get out of Stillwater, sit by a pond and maybe a campfire, and visit, (it may be a little noisy).

*For those that want to fish, that is fine.

*For those that want to shoot a pistol, revolver, rifle, or shotgun, that is fine.  Best to bring your own firearm(s) and ammo and a little to share, if possible.

There will be a pigeon thrower and some clay pigeons, we should have enough pigeons there because sometimes people hit them and they break.

Directions to Shoot-Out 2021

From Stillwater, go south on Highway 177 to Highway 33.  Go west on Highway 33 past the Cimarron river and past Langston.  About 2 miles west of Langston, you will see a gas station (SMITTY’s) on the right, a Subway, and a Dollar General.  Go almost one more mile west, to the next intersection and turn south or left.  Go south ½ block and carefully, cross a single lane paved highway.  Go 2 miles south on the gravel/dirt road.  Turn east or left and go ¼ mile to the OPEN BLACK metal gate on the north or left side of the road.  Enter.

Basically travel on the pasture road by going north about three long blocks over the hill and park in the area along the road south of the mowed shooting area.  Wear Sunscreen and Insect Repellant, as appropriate.

If you come from I-35, go on Highway 33 east to SMITTY’s, and then follow the above directions from SMITTY’s.
